The Society
The Hong
Kong Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (HKSTAM) is a member
of The International
Union of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (IUTAM), and was founded
in 1996. Its aims include promotion of science in mechanics and its applications,
and to facilitate effective cooperation and collaboration between researchers
in Hong Kong and in the international community.
